Raleigh, NC – March 6, 2025 – TLC is pleased to announce two key leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s unwavering commitment to empowering individuals of all abilities to live their fullest life. These appointments underscore the organization’s focus on fostering organizational health, expanding outreach, and delivering meaningful impact. 

Jeff Gallagher has been promoted to Vice President. In this elevated role, Jeff will drive TLC’s vision for growth and innovation. His strategic leadership and dedication to TLC’s mission have been integral in strengthening the organization’s operations and outreach. Jeff will focus on empowering teams to achieve TLC’s goals and amplifying the impact of the organization’s work in the community. 

Laura Witter has been promoted to Director of Operations. Laura has been vital in ensuring operational excellence and team collaboration at TLC. Her ability to streamline processes and prioritize efficiency has directly supported the organization’s progress. As Director of Operations, Laura will align operations with TLC’s mission while optimizing resources to better serve clients and families.
