Leadership Raleigh Community Partner Project

A team of professionals from Leadership Raleigh Class 50 have selected TLC as their community partner for their group project. Together with TLC, the team has committed to renovating the New Hire Orientation Room at TLC. Every staff member at TLC is required to attend New Hire Orientation for their first week. All funds raised will go towards updating the orientation room to better reflect TLC and make the space more welcoming for our newest staff members. We want each staff member at TLC to know how valued and appreciated they are and know the updates to this space will help our new staff to connect with TLC’s mission and values.

Leadership Raleigh connects a diverse network of community leaders, providing enhanced leadership skills and knowledge of current issues to foster meaningful and lasting engagement. Throughout the signature ten-month program, participants have the opportunity to engage with local business executives, community leaders, and elected officials, learn about the community through unique behind-the-scenes experiences, and participate in small group projects that explore critical community challenges.

Thank you for your donation and support of TLC!
